EPICSubmit allows lenders, title companies, attorneys, and financial institutions to convert and submit paper documents to county recorders electronically. There are no couriers, mail, or driving to county offices. Paper documents are converted to digital documents and documents are organized into packages for submission to the county. When packaged, it is electronically sealed and securely delivered to the county recorders.
Electronic “originals” are created by the submitter and electronically transmitted to the county for processing.
