3 Simple Steps

  • Submit

    Electronic “originals” are created by the submitter and electronically transmitted to the county for processing.

  • Review

    Packages are received through EPICRecord, or any other electronic recording software selected by the county. The recorder’s office reviews each document and determines if they are recordable. If the document has to be rejected, the recorder provides a rejection reason and the package is immediately returned to the submitter.  The submitter can quickly correct and resubmit the package. The submitter is updated with current status throughout the review process.

  • Record

    If all documents in a package are identified as recordable, documents are recorded, endorsed and returned.
